Tailored to meet your group's unique needs, these onsite workshops foster resilience, personal growth, and connection.
Strong Man Program
The Strongman Program empowers women and men, ages 15 and up, to pursue inner healing, resilience, and spiritual freedom. Inspired by Mark 3:27, it uses the "strongman" as a metaphor for overcoming emotional, spiritual, and mental challenges that hold us captive.
This 12–16 week program offers flexible, Christ-centered virtual and in-person sessions to help you break through barriers, heal past wounds, and embrace your God-given purpose. Let’s claim your victory and step boldly into the future God has prepared for you!
